Wellness Treatments
Reflexology
Reflexology, also known as zone therapy, is a gentle, complementary therapy that involves applying specific pressure to reflex points on the feet, hands and face. These points correspond to all areas of the body – from organs and glands to muscles and systems – creating a natural map beneath our fingertips.

Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment that has evolved from traditional techniques practised in India for over a thousand years, originally passed down through families as part of daily rituals. Though relatively new to the West, its popularity has grown rapidly thanks to the powerful yet gentle benefits it brings.
The massage is performed with the client seated upright, and includes the upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face, and scalp – all common areas where stress and tension build up. Using a combination of soothing strokes and targeted pressure, this treatment helps increase local circulation, ease muscle tightness, and encourage the release of tension held in the body.

Meet Joanna – Reflexologist & Wellbeing Practitioner
I'm Joanna – a reflexologist, qualified Indian Head Massage therapist, busy mum and glamping site owner. When I’m not working with clients, I love creative and active hobbies, from pouring my own aromatherapy candles, building wooden bird houses or welly racks, baking something chocolatey, or enjoying a peaceful paddleboard session on the river. You’ll usually find me with a coffee in hand, a book or unfinished crochet project nearby, and always looking forward to the next yoga session.
I qualified as a reflexologist in 2020 with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR), earning my Level 3 Diploma with distinction. The IIR is the only UK school licensed to teach the original Ingham Method – a globally recognised, deeply effective approach to reflexology.
I’ve since gone on to complete further specialist training in Advanced Facial Reflexology, Reproductive Reflexology and Indian Head Massage, I also have a keen interest in supporting those experiencing headaches and migraines and hormone imbalances.
